Myles Turner judges annual tryouts for Turner’s Block fan section

The annual tryouts for a sport in one of the Indiana Pacers fan sections–Turner’s Block and Warren’s Warr1ors–took place and the results were epic.

The live auditions for the fan zones took place on the Pacers’ old practice court at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Each of the fans had the opportunity to try out with the judges being Pacers players Myles Turner, T.J. Warren, and Goga Bitadze along with actor and comedian Mike Epps as judges.

There were only two rules to enter for a chance to try out for the fan zones. Entrants had to be at least 18-years-old and all they had to was submit their best photo or video showing off their Pacers pride.

The overall turnout for the fan zone tryouts was strong. There were a lot of familiar faces that returned to tryout for Turner’s Block and a good number of new fans showed up as well. The energy was great and the enthusiasm for Pacers basketball was clear.

There are many benefits to being a member of Turner’s Block. In addition to being able to receive complimentary full or half-season tickets to attend Pacers games with other passionate fans, you can receive the following; access to special events, pre-game viewing opportunities, meet-and-greets, and gear.

The passion of Turner’s Block has grabbed the attention of major local platforms like the IndyStar and WTHR 13. The section has been no stranger to national media outlets such as ESPNSports IllustratedBleacher, and The Athletic to name a few. Myles even wrote an article about it in The Player’s Tribune titled “Indiana Has No Chill” after the section’s tryouts last year.

Whether you decide to watch the Pacers from the stands at Bankers Life Fieldhouse or on television, chances are you will hear the passion of Turner’s Block from Section 120 this season.
